M2me Affiliate Program — Terms of Use

Operator: M2me Ltd (“M2me”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Affiliate / You: any person or entity accepted into the M2me Affiliate Program.

Acceptance of Terms
By applying for, registering, activating, or using an Affiliate account you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), the M2me Privacy Policy available at https://m2me.me/privacy
, and any related documents. If you do not agree, do not apply for or participate in the Affiliate Program.
Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you act on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity. M2me reserves the right to refuse applications or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
Definitions
Affiliate Link / Referral Link: a unique tracking link assigned to an Affiliate.
Qualifying Subscription: a paid Premium subscription purchased by a referred user that meets the requirements of these Terms.
Net Commissionable Amount: the subscription payment received by M2me after taxes, discounts, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and promotional credits.
Cookie Window: 30 days from the moment a user clicks an Affiliate Link.
Enrollment and Account Information
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete registration, payment, and tax information and keep it up to date. M2me may verify identity and payment details before issuing payouts and may request additional documentation when required.
Referral Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked using Affiliate Links and cookies. Attribution applies if a user converts within the 30-day cookie window. Tracking may fail if users block cookies or use private browsing. M2me may apply attribution rules and deny commissions in cases of fraud, manipulation, or tracking abuse.
Commissions
The standard commission rate is 50 percent of the Net Commissionable Amount for each Qualifying Subscription. Commissions apply only to verified paid subscriptions and exclude free trials, self-referrals, internal use, or subscriptions obtained through prohibited activities. Example: if a subscription costs USD 20 and USD 2 is deducted in taxes or fees, the Net Commissionable Amount is USD 18 and the commission payable is USD 9.
Verification, Refunds, and Chargebacks
All commissions are subject to a 14-day verification hold to account for refunds and chargebacks. If a subscription is refunded or charged back, the related commission will be reversed. If this results in a negative balance, that balance must be cleared before future payouts.
Payouts
The minimum payout threshold is USD 5.00. Payouts are processed monthly on the 10th business day for verified balances that meet or exceed the minimum payout. Supported payout methods include PayPal, international bank transfer (SWIFT), and cryptocurrency transfers (Bitcoin and Ethereum). Affiliates are responsible for any fees charged by payment providers.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for all taxes arising from commissions earned. M2me may collect tax documentation and withhold taxes where required by law.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited messaging, incentivized sign-ups, self-referrals, misleading or false promotions, trademark bidding without permission, or illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Any violation may result in immediate suspension, termination, and forfeiture of commissions.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use M2me brand assets solely for approved promotional purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection laws and may not access or store M2me user data except as expressly permitted. Personal data is processed in accordance with the M2me Privacy Policy.
Reporting and Records
The Affiliate dashboard is the authoritative source for tracking clicks, sign-ups, conversions, and earnings. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their own financial and tax records.
Audits
M2me may audit Affiliate activities to ensure compliance. Failure to cooperate or discovery of prohibited conduct may result in termination and recovery of paid commissions.
Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. M2me may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for breach or suspected fraud. Upon termination for cause, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Verified commissions earned without breach will be paid according to the normal payout schedule.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” without guarantees of earnings or availability. M2me’s total liability is limited to commissions paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. M2me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold M2me harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms, promotional activities, or legal violations.
Changes to Terms
M2me may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
